All sales made through the House of McGrath online store, including merchandise purchases and subscription orders, are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Merchandise Orders

Merchandise purchased through our online store is not eligible for:

  • Exchanges
  • Refunds

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing details, and order information carefully prior to completing a purchase.

3. Subscription Orders

All subscription purchases are final sale.

Once a subscription order has been billed and processed, it is not eligible for:

  • Refund
  • Exchange
  • Return

Customers may manage or cancel future subscription renewals through their account portal prior to the next billing date.

4. Orders Placed Through Uber Eats

Beer and restaurant orders fulfilled through Uber Eats are subject to Uber Eats’ return and refund policies. McGrath does not process refunds for orders placed through third-party delivery platforms.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your merchandise order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly at:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

We will review each situation individually and, at our discretion, determine an appropriate resolution.

Damage claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe following delivery.

McGrath is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.
